A bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday ordered the police to produce all accused arrested in the Youhanabad lynching case.
A petition filed in the court said that the police was arresting members of the Christian community from the area without fulfilling any legal requirements.
The police have not declared any arrest of the accused on record neither the families being informed about the whereabouts of the detained men, the petitioner said.
The bench ordered the police to produce the men arrested in the case before the court.
Two men Naeem and Babar were lynched alive by an enraged mob following the suicide attacks on two churches in Youhanabad area of Lahore on March 15, 2015.
