Yemen crisis

Saudi Arabia has launched air strikes and military troops on Houthi rebels units in Yemen. Pakistan has also been requested by Saudi Arabia to take part in the operation. The capital Sana’a is now roaring with sounds of warplanes and bombardments. It is said that the Saudi’s intervention in Yemen might flare up anarchy and divide the Muslim world into Shia-ruled Muslim world and Sunni-ruled Muslim world. Above all, the ongoing crisis in Yemen has put the lives of hundreds of Pakistanis living there in jeopardy. The government should take prompt steps to secure the evacuation of Pakistanis from Yemen and bring them back home safely.

  1. The world oil mafia has struck again. The recent sharp drop in oil prices, the energy commodity through which they suck poor country's blood, was hurting the mafia's interest. By stirring up trouble in Persian Gulf area, the oil prices are bound to rise back to their former heights. People of Pakistan should get ready for a new economic squeeze.
