Backbone of terrorists broken in Zarb-e-Azb: Air Chief

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman  has stated that precise airstrikes during ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation have broken the backbone of terrorist elements.

This he said while addressing passing out parade of 133rd General Duty (GD) Pilot course and 78th Engineering and Administration courses here in Risalpur academy.

On the occasion, a contingent of DG pilots presented Guard of Honour to the air chief, as Sherdil Squad performed impressing acrobatic maneuvers.

In his addressing to the PAF officers, the air chief said the air force is effectively engaged with armed forces battling terrorists in tribal areas.

“The performance of Pakistan Air Force is decisive in Zarb-e-Azb military offensive. Our effective cooperation has broken backbone of terrorists. None can now dare to cast an evil eye on us,” he asserted.

During the passing out of 106 officers, nine lady officers among them, awards and certificated were given to the best trainees of the batch.
