  1. A O A ,

I appreciate Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif saheb for making " OPC " to resolve the problems of Pakistanis living abroad .

Is there any body monitoring that . Because I have registered the complaint No.295 on APRIL 19,2015 . But still waiting for speedy action .
Please take action on complaint according to the order of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Saheb .

    Thanks.

  2. WE welcome the framing of OPC. Anyhow, there must be a very clear procedure to resolve the complaint in a certain manner and necessarily in a certain period as well. When we asked an online operator to give us approximate time period for our complaint which we wanted to launch, she simply refused to give any schedule. That means, the OPC is going to going to be another name of a civil court.
While we appreciate the forming of this commission. I propose the following.
1- keeping in view the nature of the case, the Punjab government should introduce a system of reasonable but affordable charges for each type of case.
2-The funds so generated, must only be used for the speedy followup of the cases and finalizing of the cases within the predefined periods

  3. The system in OPC Punjab is still to be streamlined as some departments such as Police Department do not work properly. They just do meetings and no original work on complaints. The red-tape is to be removed from OPC Punjab system otherwise there will be no difference in other departments and this commission. I lodged a complain in April 2015 and it is still not resolved.
