IS releases video of alleged thief’s hand being severed off

Islamic State (IS) militants have released yet another brutal video a thief’s hand being severed with a giant blade.

The horrific scene took place in the Tigris River area of Iraq after a cleric read out charges against the man.

The accused man, who looks like he is in his 30, appears to hide his face in his shoulder as his hand is tightened with a vice.

The video begins with an announcement by Wilayat Diglah, a branch of the terror group operating in the area, while the terror outfit’s flag can be clearly seen in the footage.

Several militants gather around the accused, including a young boy no older than six years, as the alleged thief’s hand is chopped off.

Worse still, the detached hand is placed on the table, while the man is shown in severe pain.
