Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesman Umer Cheema has demanded removal of PTI leader Hamid Khan from his post in the backdrop of his interference in intra-party election.
In his written letter to Justice (r) Wajihuddin Ahmed, Cheema demanded that Khan should be removed from his post before the new election of the party.
Khan performed duties as election commissioner in intra-party elections and Election Tribunal had declared 2013 party elections null and void. The tribunal had directed removal of all bearers and holding new election in three month period.
