The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will take up on Wednesday appeals against exoneration of former president Asif Ali Zardari in different corruption cases.
A two-member IHC bench comprising Justice Noorulhaq N Qureshi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique will take up the review petitions filed by the National Accountability Bureau against Zardar’s exoneration in different corruption cases by accountability courts.
Deputy Attorney General Barrister Jahangir Jadoon and NAB prosecutors will also appear before the court. The NAB has moved the IHC to strike down the verdicts given by different accountability courts after prosecutors failed to prove charges against Zardari.
