Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday denied that he had threatened law enforcement personnel during a TV interview.

Addressing a gathering on telephone, Hussain said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahbaz Sharif had used harsh words and threats for Asif Ali Zardari during his election campaign while Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Fazlur Rehman possessed illegal weapons but they were yet to be held accountable for their actions and words.

Altaf Hussain said that Rangers can give the text of his speech to anyone if they like, adding that he is not afraid because he did not say anything against the security personnel.
