An election tribunal (ET) has extended offer to Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Hamid Khan to provide names of 5 polling stations each for verification of votes from NADRA.

The petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Hamid Khan against the alleged polls rigging in NA-125 came up for hearing before ET on Thursday.

ET offered the railways minister and PTI leader to name 5 polling stations their choice till March 16 for verification of votes from NADRA. ET will then request NADRA for verification of votes.

The PTI leader Khan had earlier made request to get votes of whole constituency verified from NADRA but ET had rejected this request. Hamid Khan had again made this request following the rejection of his first plea.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till March 16.
