The South Africans are safely through to the quarter-finals after finishing second in Group B. Cricket World Cup Pool B match between South Africa and United Arab Emirates was held at Wellington Regional Stadium on Thursday.
They will in all likelihood face Sri Lanka in Sydney in the quarter-finals next Wednesday.
SA captain AB de Villiers received the best player accolade for scoring 99 runs off 82 balls.
UAE won the toss and chose to field.
