I can prove the Rangers are lying: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain

KARACHI:

Altaf Hussain on Wednesday condemned the MQM headquarters raid which was carried out earlier today in Karachi, stating that he can prove that the Rangers are lying and have shot dead Waqas Ali Shah, member of  MQM’s central information committee.

MQM Chief further added that more than 60 innocent people had been arrested in the raid, and demanded a warrant for the search operation.

Hussain further added that Rangers had carried out ‘terrorist activity’ giving it the name of ‘investigation’.

He questioned his party members on whether he was a Pakistani or not, to which they replied  in the affirmative.

Condemning the raid on his sister’s house, MQM leader Altaf Hussain said Rangers will be responsible if something happens to his sister. Saira Begum’s house had been raided as part of the search operation.  Saira Begum was living in a house near Nine-Zero and was allegedly manhandled during the operation.
