Pilgrims travelling to Pakistan after performing Umrah/Hajj in Saudi Arabia will not be allowed to bring Aab-e-Zam Zam back home.
Under the agreement between Pakistani and Saudi authorities, the pilgrims will be provided with five litres of Aab-e-Zam Zam to each pilgrim after their arrival in the country.
The Well of Zam Zam is located within Masjid al-Haram in Makkah.
It may be noted here that millions of pilgrims visit the well each year while performing Hajj or Umrah.
Millions of pilgrimages bring cans of the holy water for their friends and families.
