The Supreme Court (SC) has directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to devise a mechanism with respect to a public complaints cell and file a report thereof before the court by March 11, 2015.
A three-member bench of SC, presided over by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, took up in the case of setting up hurdles in the name of security for hearing on Friday.
CDA Counsel Hafiz S A Rehman appeared in the court and informed that a complaint cell under the CDA has been set up to address the complaints of the people. Publicity in this regard has been made in the media and one week will be required to evolve a mechanism on this count.
The court while giving time to him put off the hearing until March 11, 2015.
