Rangers Director General (DG) Major General Ejaz Chaudhry Tuesday issued orders to arrest all those allegedly involved in BaldiaTown factory incident.
In a meeting headed by DG Rangers at Rangers Headquarters Karachi, some of the elements allegedly affecting BaldiaTown incident investigations were talked about. The threats given to an investigation officer by an extortionist group were also examined.
The meeting also discussed the threats and expressed concern over mysterious disappearance of the BaldiaTown incident suspect Rizwan Qureshi besides other factors. It is pertinent to mention here that the joint investigation report (JIT) had declared BaldiaTown incident a result of owner’s refusal to pay extortion money.
