The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday dismissed bail application of two police personnel arrested in the case of Model Town incident.
In the pleas, accused Khurram and Naveed, said that neither they were nominated in the Model Town case nor the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) declared their involvement in the incident.
Government prosecutor, while opposing the bail petition said CCTV footage of Model Town incident clearly showed the association of the constables Khurram and Naveed in the Model town carnage.
