PESHAWAR:

Over two months after the tragic Army Public School attack, another student lost his life at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) following two unsuccessful operations on Saturday.

Waqar Amin, brother of the deceased, told a private media outlet that his brothers Ishaq Amin and Amir Amin were both injured during the Peshawar attack.

While Amir is under treatment at Aga Khan Hospital in Karachi, Ishaq was not fortunate enough to survive, taking the total death toll to 151, 133 of them students.

Waqar believed that it was  negligence on part of the provincial and federal governments. He added that the chief minister was not even in the province at the time of the attack.

Ishaq’s funeral was held in Peshawar at 10pm on Saturday.
