BIRMINGHAM:

The very first operation of Army Public School’s injured student, Ahmed Nawaz, went successful as doctors deemed him ‘out of danger’, according to sources on Sunday.

As per details, the 14-hour long operation was held at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Ahmed’s father told a private media outlet that doctors had transplanted Ahmed’s arm and he had been shifted to the room under observation.

Ahmed was amongst the students who sustained injuries during the tragic Peshawar shoot-out on December 16th last year.

Outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) had claimed responsibility of the attack in response to army operations against insurgents in the tribal areas.
