GHOTKI:
A teacher at a private school in Ghotki was shot dead Monday morning, sources reported.
Three unidentified miscreants – riding a motorcycle – targeted Abdul Hafeez Qazi, outside al Mehran Public School located near Qadirpur road and escaped soon after.
The body of the deceased was taken to a nearby hospital for immediate medical treatment. Police have also cordoned off the area following the attack.
The shooters managed to easily escape from the scene after the incident. Police said that the shooting incident took place shortly after assembly. No other casualties took place as the students had already reached their respective classes.
It is suspected that the killing was a result of personal enmity, however, this has not been confirmed yet.
