Five outlaws including seven suspects arrested in Islamabad, 14 in Pindi, contraband seized
The Islamabad Police have arrested five outlaws including seven suspects from various areas of the city and recovered hashish, heroine, two illicit pistols and looted items recovered from their possession, said a police spokesman.
According to details, Shahzad Town Police arrested accused Tabsam and recovered 150 bullets of 30-bore pistol from him. Koral Police arrested Nasir Iqbal and recovered 215 gram hashish from him.
The CIA Police arrested accused Sher Ali and recovered one 30-bore pistols along with ammunition from him. Shalimar Police arrested accused Ali Hassan and recovered 10 gram heroine from him.
Sabzi Mandi Police recovered a tampered case from the possession of accused Jozaf. Banigala Police arrested accused Muhammad Fayyaz and recovered one 32-bore pistol along with ammunition from him.
Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them. Furthermore, Industrial Area Police arrested seven suspects. Islamabad SSP has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to accelerate their efforts to curb activities of anti-social elements.
In the meanwhile, Rawalpindi Police Thursday arrested 14 outlaws and recovered weapons, bottles of liquor and drugs from them.
According to police spokesman, Waris Khan Police arrested Saqib Khan and Khurram Shahzad and recovered 1,360 and 1,350 gram charas from them respectively.
Race Course Police arrested Muhammad Shakil and recovered 315 gram charas from him. Taxila Police arrested Manzoor and recovered 240 gram charas from him. Gujar Khan Police recovered 515 gram charas from Bilal. Ratta Amral Police arrested Muhammad Wajahat and recovered 250 gram charas from him.
Cantt Police arrested Yousaf and recovered 5 bottles of liquor from him.
Civil Lines Police arrested Kamran and recovered one 30-bore pistol with 14 rounds from him. Saddar Police arrested Zahid Mehmood and recovered 30-bore pistol with 5 rounds from him Kahuta Police arrested Faisal Shahzad and recovered one 30-bore pistol with 25 rounds from him while one 30-bore pistol with 10 rounds recovered from Sikandar Khan.
Kahuta Police also recovered one 12-bore gun with 4 rounds from Mushtaq while one 7mm gun was recovered from Ghaznafar Mehmood and Muhammad Waqas was arrested for having one illegal 8mm gun.
