The Phalia police arrested a butcher red-handed while slaughtering a donkey.
As per reports, Saida village resident Qaiser accompanied by an unknown accomplice brought two donkeys and were slaughtering them near Phalia slaughter house. Some passers-by reported their action to the police.
Police reached the spot and arrested Qaiser while his accomplice fled the scene.
