Two more married women were abducted in separate incidents in Daska on Sunday, raising the number of the abducted women to seven from five during the last six days.
These two fresh incidents of women abduction occurred in the areas of Bambaanwala Police Station. Social, religious and political circles have expressed grave concern over these incidents.
In village Garha Kalan, four armed men including Ali and Haneef forcibly abducted local labourer Allah Ditta’s wife Shamshad at gun point from her house.
In village Gojra, four armed men including Mukhtar and Farooq forcibly abducted local farmer Muhamamd Ashraf’s wife Yasmeen at gun point from her house. The Bambaanwala Police have registered separate cases.
Earlier, five women including two young girls were forcibly kidnapped in separate incidents in Daska during the last five days.
