National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is aggressively pursuing “Awareness and Prevention” regarding corruption by targeting youth in particular and masses in general. This campaign is intended to change the attitude and mindset on corruption and its ill effects on society.
NAB Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry said since mothers have a major impact in bringing up children and their attitude and development, it is intended to target young ladies in Universities and Colleges who are going to be future mothers of our children. He said their sincere efforts in inculcating basic moral values against corruption besides religious teachings will go a long way in strengthening and bringing a change in the mindset of tomorrow’s youth.
Chaudhry said NAB has proposed Ministry of Capital Administration & Development Division (CADD) Government of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission (HEC) to get together a panel of imminent female scholars to share their valuable ideas and thoughts in implementation of goals of eradicating the menace of corruption effectively through NAB forum throughout the country.
