Four Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists were killed in a police action in Manghopir area late Saturday while the Rangers killed five gar war suspects in Karachi on Sunday.
According to Anti-Terrorism Cell In-charge Ali Raza, the police action was launched in Manghopir in which four TTP militants were eliminated. He said large quantity of weapons was seized from the possession the banned outfit militants. The dead bodies have been shifted to civil hospital for legal formalities.
GANG WAR OUTLAWS KILLED:
Moreover in Karachi, at least five most-wanted suspects of gang war including Sheraz Comrade were killed in Rangers encounter in Malir Nadi Karachi on Sunday.
According to Rangers spokesperson, the suspects identified as Akbar Maleeri, Sheraz Comrade, Khalid Lashari, Gulab Hassan aka Peeru and Yousuf Pathan were involved in terrorism, murder and other heinous crimes. A huge cache of weapons has also been recovered from the possession of the criminals.
According to the sources, the bodies have been shifted to the JinnahHospital for post mortem whereas the bereaved families have also reached the hospital but the women refused to speak to the media.
Moreover, Sheraz Comrade, who belonged to the Lyari’s area Baghdadi and Baba Ladla group, was wanted in 200 cases while the Sindh government had also set a reward on the arrest of Sheraz Comrade.
Meanwhile, two dacoits were caught by mob when they were fleeing after committing a robbery in Korangi area on Saturday night. The citizens subjected the dacoits to severe torture due to which both of them died on the spot. The angry mob set ablaze one of the deceased.
The police have shifted the dead bodies of the dacoits to JinnahHospital for autopsy.
18 AFGHANS ARRESTED IN SARGODHA:
In the meanwhile in Sargodha, at least 18 illegal Afghan immigrants were arrested during search operation and raids here on Sunday.
The police to ensure security in the wake of terror threats continued search operations and raids in different areas of the city.
During crackdowns, 18 Afghan nationals illegally staying in Pakistan without required documents were arrested.
Police have registered separate cases against the detainees under foreign act at concerned police stations and investigation was in progress.
THREE AFGHAN ARRESTED IN SHEIKHUPURA
Furthermore, the police claimed on Sunday to have arrested three Afghan nationals from Issayan locality.
On a tip-off, a police team raided at Issayan locality in the wee hours of Sunday and arrested three Afghan nationals for their mysterious activities while their three accomplices managed to escape. The suspects were identified as Faqirullah Khan, Juma Khan and Khan Muhammad.
The police recovered SIMs in huge quantity, two mobile phones and old currency notes of Pakistan from their possession. Raids are being conducted to arrest the fleeing suspects.
FOUR AFGHANS HELD IN RYK:
Separately, the police claimed on Sunday to have arrested four Afghan nationals from Rahim Yar Khan for staying in the country illegally.
On a tip-off, a police team raided at Mauza Muhammad Khan and arrested four Afghans identified as Abaidullah, Noor Muhammad, Saifullah and Muhammad Qasim. A case has been registered against the Afghans under 14 Foreigners Act.
