Islamabad District and Sessions Judge Nazir Ahmad Ganjiana has deferred the announcement of decision kept reserved earlier on the petition filed by Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, master mind of Mumbai attacks against Tarnol Police Station SHO Habib.
Ganjiana Saturday took up for hearing case against Lakhvi, the chief accused in Mumbai attacks case.
No one appeared in the court from both the parties. Therefore, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday.
