The Islamabad Police have arrested 18 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered 1.330 kilogrammes of hashish, and looted items recovered from their possession, a police spokesman said on Friday.
Sabzi Mandi Police arrested a drug pusher Kabeer and recovered 1.330 kg hashish. The police team also recovered looted item from the possession of arrested accused namely Zeshan, Fahad and Kabeer. Kohsar police team arrested and lady accused namely Kiran involved in theft.
Nilor Police arrested two accused Mahz and Tamoor involved in illegal cylinder gas filling.
Shahzad Town Police arrested accused Shahid Ali involved in theft. Lohi Bher Police arrested accused Nadeem involved in theft. Police team also arrested two accused Shahid and Shakar. The cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.
Furthermore, police team arrested seven professional alms-seekers from various area of the city.
