Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rasheed on Wednesday said that the decision of 21st Amendment and establishment of military courts has been taken by the parliament therefore it has complete support of the people’s representatives.
He said that the government would present its stance after the hearing of petitions by the Supreme Court (SC) filed against the 21st Amendment.
Moreover, he stated that the process of establishing military courts is underway however; the pending cases in courts have no effect on the set up of the military courts.
