Despite challenges, Pakistan is moving forward on the path of progress and prosperity, said Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal while addressing a launching ceremony of book ‘Taking Care of Your Personality’ written by Nadeem Butt in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The minister said the nation must come forward to defeat terrorism, extremism, eradicate polio and other evils from the society. He said Vision 2025 gives a roadmap for the development of the country and the country will see a more progressive Pakistan in 2018.
The minister said that many power projects including hydel, solar and wind are underway to overcome the electricity shortage. He said Pak-China Economic Corridor will enhance economic activities in the region. He said government is working on new curriculum which will include technical skills as well.
