Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain Saturday felicitated the newly crowned king of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdul Aziz.
Extending best wishes to the new king, they said that King Salman is a “great friend of Pakistan like his predecessor, the deceased King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz”.
Both expressed confidence that during the reign of the new king, ties between the two brotherly countries based upon close cooperation would reach new heights.
The president lauded the desire of King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to strengthen unity among Muslims and to end extremism.
