A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui took up for hearing the case of Muhammad Abdullah Omar arrested in former minister of religious affairs Shahbaz Bhatti murder case Wednesday.
The counsel for petitioner appeared in the court and told that anti-terrorism court, Sikandar Bhatti and government have been made respondents in Shahbaz Bhatti murder case. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui has sent the case to chief justice high court for fixing it before some other bench for hearing.
