Rumour mills are abuzz these days that the hottest couple of B Town – Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor – got engaged recently and are looking forward to matrimony in near future.
Katrina was also seen sporting a huge solitaire ring in one of the events held, and that was speculated to be the ‘engagement ring’.
But, according to Hindustan Times, Katrina Kaif’s spokesperson says, “This is to clarify that Katrina did not get engaged in a secret ceremony in London. There is absolutely no truth to the rumours.”
As soon as the news had come out that the alleged love birds – Katrina and Ranbir – rang in New Year together in Katrina’s hometown – London, reports went viral that the duo exchanged rings on December 30, 2014 in the presence of few friends and family members. Ranbir’s parents Rishi and Neetu were, reportedly, also present for the engagement.
As the speculations around this famous couple refused to die, Katrina’s spokesperson has come in to the rescue and put all rumours to rest, at least for now.
