Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday said that short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies have been adopted to deal with the energy crisis.
The chief minister said this during a meeting with a delegation of German company Lahmeyer on Thursday. Additional Chief Secretary of Energy and Chairman of Punjab Power Development Company Arif Saeed were also present in the meeting.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the construction of Qauid-e-Azam Solar Energy Park Bahawalpur is in the last phase whereas this plan will execute 100 megawatts solar energy.
He further wished to cooperate with German technology in the field of energy and vowed to provide facilities to the foreign investment companies.
