CSS is conducted by FPSC normally in the month of February each year for the last few years. They have uploaded a list which contains serial numbers, roll numbers, names of candidates, centres and rationale for rejection. This has caused confusion among the aspirants on two aspects: One, they did not mention a candidate’s specific identical mark like CNIC or father’s name or tracking ID provided at the time of submission of application. It is a problem as more than one candidate can have exactly same names with same examination centre.
Secondly, they have used “may be rejected” in explanation for rejection column of list and have revealed the roll numbers as well while main heading describes it as “list of rejected candidates”. Furthermore, they are neither responding to phone number provided at the end of the list nor emails. The FPSC is requested to upload a new list containing specific identical mark against each candidate or to respond the queries to help candidates sort out this confusion.
