Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Rawalpindi chapter has finalised taking out a rally of workers from the city to join PTI public meeting to be held on January 18, 2015 at D-Chowk Islamabad to pay tributes to party workers for making PTI’s sit-in successful.
The rally will be taken out from PTI sub office Saidpur Road under the supervision of city general secretary and MPA Raja Rashid Hafeez.
This programme was finalised in a special meeting held in PTI sub-office Saidpur Road with Raja Rashid Hafeez in the chair.
Other office bearers of PTI city chapter including Senior Vice President Zafar Awan, Vice President Raja Mohammad Ali, Vice President Kamran Mughal, Sardar Touqeer, Rakhshanda Rahat, Muqadasa Javed, Rai Kishwar, Kamran Jarral and workers were also present.
The meeting unanimously declared the Saidpur Road office as sub office of PTI Rawal Town.
MPA Hafeez asked the workers to mobilise all Party activists and voters of PTI to join Rawal Town chapter rally which would march towards D-Chowk on January 18 to attend public meeting of PTI to be addressed by party Chairman Imran Khan.
The meeting also decided to re-shuffle the union council level office bearers and bring devoted workers on front lines to strengthen the party at grass root level.
Participants of the meeting posed full confidence on their local leadership and assured full support.
The meeting also condemned terrorist attacks on Imambargah in Rawalpindi and prayed for the departed souls.
