Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Tuesday announced to hold countrywide anti-government protests over Model Town tragedy that left 14 party workers dead in clashes with police last year in June.

PAT leader Raheeq Abbasi said that his party would launch protest demonstrations from Lahore on January 17.

“We have showed so much patience on the tragedy, we will to stop until we have avenged the blood of martyrs,” Abbasi said.

  1. You should be ashamed and so should be your leader who is more worried about his health which is good. I was amused to see Qadri being helped by two persons after his Angiography. Angiography is the simplest and safest of procedures and one could walk without assistance.Such are the leaders of this country who are as indifferent to human life, except their own, that 14 Pakistanis were murdered by CM Punjab and both Qadri and CM don’t find time to pursue the murders .
