Separate cases have been filed in Margalla and Aabpara police stations against the parents of a newborn kidnapped from PIMS on Friday along with 20 others.
A case has been registered in Aabpara Police Station under sections 186, 314 and 353. The police has adopted the stance that Ziaullah and others were asked to clear road adjacent to Rescue 15, but they carried on the protest while persisting and resisting as well.
Another case has been registered in Margalla Police Station under sections 147, 149, 188, and 341. The stance police took was, parents were protesting for recovery of their baby and deliberating violating the rule of the law.
Despite that the baby was abducted from hospital on Friday last week, no significant development has been made in the kidnapping case.
