Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has started a one-window operation for new driving licenses.
SSP Traffic Malik Matloob Ahmed held a meeting to facilitate citizens who needed new driving licenses. He ordered that a one-window operation should be started, where citizens can deposit their bank fee, go through the NADRA verification unit, DATA entry, and avail medical certification services. A special counter will also be constructed to serve women and senior citizens.
Talking to the officers, he directed the team to provide the best services to all citizens. “We are trying our best to provide the best services possible to serve our valuable citizens,” he added.
Zonal DSPs and concerned staff were also present in the meeting. Officials assured the SSP that they would not leave any stone unturned in facilitating people, and this would be a New Year gift for the people of the capital.
