There is no chance of rain this week in the province while very cold, dry and cloudy weather is expected during the next 24 hours in the provincial capital.
According to the local met office, sunny days are up ahead on Wednesday and Thursday. However, dense foggy conditions will continue in plain areas of Punjab (Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, and Faisalabad) during evening and morning hours.
Dense foggy conditions may affect flight operation in Lahore, Sialkot, Multan and Faisalabad, and flow of traffic on Motorway M2 (Lahore to Pindi Bhattian sector), during the next couple of days.
In Lahore, minimum temperature was recorded as 6.2°C on Monday.
