Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) brought a “revolution” in the world through Uswa-e-Hasna and gave an exemplary socio-economic system to the world, adding that cruelty, injustice and lawlessness can be eliminated from society by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
In a message for Eid Miladun Nabi, the CM said,” Pakistan can be rid of all problems including terrorism and be made a haven of peace if people follow the model of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).”
He said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) has given the lesson of peace, brotherhood, respect for humanity, equality, tolerance and justice to all human beings, adding that peace can be achieved by spreading Islamic teachings of tolerance and co-existence.
The CM said that Allah Almighty has sent the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as blessings for all worlds.
He said that the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the greatest event in the history of humanity, adding that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) removed the darkness of ignorance, gave the lesson of brotherhood, love, peace and harmony to the entire humanity and constituted a peaceful society which is unprecedented in the history of the world.
The Holy Prophet (PBUH)’s life is a guiding light for humanity, said Shahbaz.
Success can be achieved in this world and the world hereafter by acting upon the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), said Shahbaz, adding that Pakistan’s current problems like terrorism and extremism can be eliminated by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
