LAHORE-
The recounting of votes in electoral constituency NA-122 Lahore has been completed, private media reported on Saturday.
Next week, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will send a report to the Election Tribunal which had ordered the recount in NA -122 following Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s petition challenging the May 2013 elections result in which the present National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq had emerged victorious, defeating Khan.
According to the counsel of Sadiq, the overall lead of his client has increased. Meanwhile, PTI leader Jahangir Khan Tareen claimed that the electoral ‘fraud’ will be out in the open very soon.
NA 122 fraud gets bigger. Now there are 30,000 Jaali votes(counterfoils not signed or stamped). Around 100 polling bags w/out Forms 14/15
