Asif Ali Zardari, former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman, has given a task to Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah to remove reservations of estranged members of the party in the Sindh Assembly.
According to media reports, 12 PPP members have serious reservations with the party leadership and its performance.
Zardari also asked the CM to know reasons behind members’ reservations and to ascertain to whom they have been in contact with. Meanwhile, PML-Q minister Shahryar Mahar criticised the Sindh government saying it had played a poor role and done no good for the people.
“We will take PM Nawaz Sharif into confidence over the change of the Sindh government,” he told media.
Mahar also said that the estranged PPP members would be with them for removal of current government.
