The LPG distributors expressing concerns over the actions have threatened to stop gas supply in the twin cities. They were of the view that till the government chalks out plan in consultation with OGRA and gas companies they can’t control the prices.

It is worth mentioning that the local LPG distributors are charging Rs 240 per kg and people facing extreme shortage of piped gas have no other option but to purchase the commodity at asking prices.
