Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has issued a new schedule of flight operation in Punjab in the wake of the dense fog which causes immense difficulty in landing and taking off the domestic and international planes.
The dense fog blanketed the plain areas of Punjab and this bad weather has disrupted the traffic system and flight operation as well.
According to national career PIA has grounded the flight operation of Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan until December 31.
Thick fog has been reported at Motorway M2 from Pindi Bhattian to Lahore and from Islamabad to Chakri whereas motorway police have decided not to close Motorway.
The vehicles would be moved in the form of groups in severe fog following the mobiles of motorway police.
Motorway Police Inspector General (IG) Zulfiqar Ahmed Cheema stated that the motorway would not be closed at any cost.
