The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to hold a rally in Islamabad on January 17.
Sources said the decision was made during a meeting of the PTI’s strategic committee and will be held at D-Chowk in the federal capital.
However, the purpose of the rally was not stated.
The PTI had announced on December 17 their decision to suspend countrywide protests, in the aftermath of a terrorist attack on a Peshawar school that killed 133 children.
