Ulema back army for elimination of terrorists

Special prayers were offered after the Friday congregations across the country for the martyrs of Peshawar attack.

At the large gatherings, Ulema strongly condemned the dastardly act of terrorism in army public school Peshawar in which 141 students, teachers and security personnel laid down their lives. They said Islam is against taking lives of innocent people and those who committed the heinous crime were not even human beings what to talk of Muslims. They asked the people to stand united and confront the enemies of Pakistan and humanity.

They prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soils in eternal peace and expressed their solidarity with the bereaved families. The Ulema and people at large expressed their full support to the army and demanded that they should continue their operation Zarb-e-Azb till the elimination of last terrorist on Pakistani soil. They said the entire nation was behind the armed forces and ready to give every sacrifice so that incidents like Peshawar are never repeated in future.
