District administration to improve security for students

District administration has initiated special efforts to improve security arrangements for the educational institutions, said District Coordination Officer (DCO) Lahore Dr Usman while talking to journalists at the Lahore Press Club on Wednesday.

He expressed his deep grief on the tragedy of killings of children and said that the killers and their perpetrators would face punishment not only in this world but the world hereafter.

Barbaric act is among worst of its natures, he said, adding that those who did it would have to face strong response from the humanity all over the world.

“We are improving our coordination with the private and government schools both and reviewing measures for security of the students,” the DCO said.

He said that the people are fully united against the terrorist and they want complete elimination of all forms of terrorism from the society.

He said that the active participation of public can guarantee complete elimination of roots of terrorists and their facilitators.

He said that people of Lahore have participated in Ghaibana Namaz-e-Janaza (funeral prayer in absentia) of the children in different parts of the city to pray for the departed souls and express sympathy for the bereaved families.
