Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday lifted the moratorium on capital punishment for convicted terrorists, private media reported.
The moratorium on executions was issued in year 2008 by the then president Asif Ali Zardari.
According to reports, the decision was taken following a meeting between Chief of Army Staff Gen.Raheel Shairf and the PM and it would come into effect within the next 48 hours.
The decision follows Tuesday’s deadly terrorist attack on a school in Peshawar in which at least 142 people, mostly pupils, were killed.
Currently, more than a thousand terrorists, who have been sentenced to death by courts, are jailed across the country.
Are u going to hang/shoot all the convicted terrorists?
hang those …………………… not with a rope but a wire……
No. I am not agree with Jafer and Samkila. First make all body into pieces then a nice Halim and send this to Mullah Fazullah…..and afterward Grind Mullah Fazullah like as fine as powder.
Good decision, hang each and every one of these cowards, these animals.
u'll make a great politician, ahsan.
CAN POLICE COURTS WITNESSES BOUGHT SOLD BE TRUSTED NOT TO HANG INNOCENTS ? WHERE ARE PROCEDURES FOR FAIR ACCURATE JUSTICE ?
how they all are shedding their responsibilities on captive criminals. They are as-usual saving their skins from public wrath .As ususal doing such useless acts at the end which if should had performed an earliest could minimize the intensity of such horrific events but no way such actions could stop this wave of terrorism where state is playing the role of good villain or worst hero of a nation.
If america can’t eliminate them then we definitely cant. Winning hearts and minds is a for gone conclusion. Divide NWFP and give them their sharia state. Let them fight and kill each other. The state had becone cancerous. Surgically remove it! Theyre not pakistanis!! Theyre animals!
Excellent ….. These all should be publically hanged.
Millitary courts should deal terrorists' cases. Civil judges and civil court are bloody useless.
Zardari should be also hanged as he stopped capital punishment and thus encouraged criminal to do whatever they want.
