The city police claimed to have arrested another accused, Hafiz Imran, for firing shots at the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on December 8 during clashes.
The accused was arrested from Balochni area located on Sheikhupura Road. He has been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogations.
The sources said Imran’s arrest will help identify the main culprit who opened fire during Faisalabad shutdown, killing a PTI worker.
According to police sources, the captured man, a resident of Samanabad, is an employee of WASA. He was hiding ever since the Faisalabad incident. However, he was tracked down with the help of photographs and footages.
It should be mentioned here that 17 out of 19 people seen in the footage, have been arrested thus far.
I am sure he is part of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba or Millat-i-Islamia and who doesn't know about evil nexus between Rana Sana and Ahmad Ludhianvi?
