Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif consoled the nation that on the coming 1st (1st January, 2015) the oil prices would be further decreased and electricity would also be discounted. It is to say that why wait for the 1st to extend/provide relief to the already deeply depressed and oppressed nation? What hinders PM to extend the relief immediately today? The nation is not witnessing/enjoying the benefit of low oil price because only those who own vehicles (direct consumers of oil) are getting these benefits just yet. The prices of daily consumables are the same. It is an example of bad governance. Just saying and putting responsibility on the shoulders of chief ministers is not enough. Kick out the incapable CMs if they are not able to control prices. If you do not allow unions/associations in banks/factories/organizations, then the union to defend this type of ‘governance/democracy’ should also not stay alive. If today a private employee has no job security, why then the Parliament has a security of a five-year tenure?
You have to change things for the better in this tenure. Give us our rights, our share.
