Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that there are many investment opportunities in the field of infrastructure, agriculture, water and energy sectors.
He said this while talking to Consul General of Qatar Saad Abdulla SM Al-Shareef who called on him at CM House on Thursday, said a statement.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah invited the investors of Qatar to avail these opportunities and invest here for benefits of both sides and assured his full cooperation to the consul general of Qatar.
The CM further said that the Sindh government was actively engaged in the development activities in the province. He further said that Sindh possessed a talented workforce which could be made available to facilitate the Qatar government for implementation on their projects.
The Qatar CG said he was trying his best to enhance the trade volume with Pakistan, especially with the Sindh province.
He said the companies and organisations of his country had already recruited the workers from Pakistan including Sindh as their human resource and it was willing to recruit more technical and talented workforce from Sindh.
The Qatar CG appreciated the gesture demonstrated by the chief minister for supplementing his efforts for the development of Qatar. He said he would try his best to exchange more business delegates with Sindh and his country.
