Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Balighur Rehman has said that the government is making all-out efforts to introduce Information Communication Technology (ICT) in government organisations.
He was addressing an international conference on “ICT’s for Good Governance in Pakistan” held under auspices of Pakistan Institute of ICT for Development in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Rehman said the federal government has allocated a record amount of seventy billion rupees to Higher Education Commission this year. He said education budgets of the federal and provincial government have been considerably increased during the current financial year.
